The new performance monitoring feature gives customers visibility of key in-life operational metrics for On Demand connections:
Round trip delay
Jitter
Frame loss
Utilisation
These parameters can be viewed by selecting the circuit connection from the main “Connections” page.
Detailed graphs are available via the “more details” option, across daily, weekly and 30 day timespans.
Please note that this feature is currently in beta, and some performance metrics may be missing during this initial period.
