VIEWING SERVICE INVENTORY
SERVICE INVENTORY
Customers can view live services via the service Inventory.
All live Ethernet spoke connections and hubs (NNIs) are shown on the inventory page.
To view service parameters such as Service ID, Circuit ID, rental charges or handover/demarcation details simply click on the relevant service and a new window showing all parameters will appear.
Where the B end (the customer end) of a spoke service is in a data centre, the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) which is required to place a cross connect order can be downloaded by selecting the Generate LOA option.
