# VIEWING SERVICE INVENTORY

## SERVICE INVENTORY 

Customers can view live services via the service **Inventory**. 

All live Ethernet spoke connections and hubs (NNIs) are shown on the inventory page.

To view service parameters such as Service ID, Circuit ID, rental charges or handover/demarcation details simply click on the relevant service and a new window showing all parameters will appear.&#x20;

Where the B end (the customer end) of a spoke service is in a data centre, the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) which is required to place a cross connect order can be downloaded by selecting the **Generate LOA** option. &#x20;
