# Order activity log

## ORDER ACTIVITY 

The **Orders** section shows all orders that have been placed in an “activity log” format, including new orders (“create”), modifications to existing orders (“modify) and ceases (“delete”).

Each order action (create, modify, delete) is assigned an individual status which is aligned to the Mplify Sonata specification. &#x20;

The below table provides a brief description of each service status:&#x20;

| LSO order status | Description                                  | Mplify order  state        | Color Code |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------- | -------------------------- | ---------- |
| In progress      | Order has been placed and is now in delivery | Acknowledged / In progress | White      |
| Completed        | Order has been delivered                     | Completed                  | Green      |
| Cancelled        | Order has been cancelled by the Colt admin   | Cancelled                  | Red        |
| Failed           | Delivery has failed (pending a fix)          | Failed                     | Red        |
