ON DEMAND LSO PORTAL

LIFECYCLE SERVICE ORCHESTRATION PORTAL

This section is specifically for customers who want to benefit from a “quote centric” NaaS model. Customers who want to benefit from a “buy it now” experience, please refer to the main sections of the On Demand Knowledge Centre

To address customer’s distinct needs, Colt now offers two complementary digital experiences: the existing On Demand portal, designed for instant, on‑demand purchasing, and a newly launched On Demand Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) portal that enables customers to create, store, and later convert quotes into orders.

Colt’s Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) portal enables customers to benefit from a NaaS-based experience via a traditional “quote centric” model.

The LSO portal is built on the Mplify Sonata API, enables API generated quotes to be converted to portal driven orders (and vice versa) and offers a future path to full Mplify API adoption.
